Coral Sea Rum	When mixed according to instructions, it produces a rich, smooth, yet full bodied dark rum resembling another well known Queensland icon. This is the taste of the tropics. The essence is made from a blend of refined cane sugars with no added preservatives. Unopened, the essence has a very long shelf life, but is best when used within two years. The rum produced, may be enjoyed with your favourite mixer, or simply over ice to provide a rich smooth satisfying drink. Sunshine Gold Rum	Coral Sea Products has responded to customer feedback with a rum that is not quite as sweet as the original, but still retains the character. Initial feedback for this product has been very good. Coral Sea Bourbon	This bourbon essence was formulated to be of the Wild Turkey / Jack Daniels genre. Feedback for this product has been excellent when made according to the instructions. The bourbon essence was formulated to compliment a base produced from activated carbon filtration and oaking using Toasted Oak Chips. Very good results can be had by adding the essence to the base while still on the toasted oak chip. Because the toasted oak chip tends to have more "body", the longer the product is left in contact with it, the better the final product seems to be.	50 ml Essence flavours 2.25 Lts of Alcohol	$8.95
