Thomas Coopers was founded in 1862 and with what began as a restorative brew for
his ailing wife, Thomas' reputation as a brewer quickly spread throughout the
colony.
They are now Australia's sole remaining family-owned brewery and currently the
world's largest producer of home-brew kits.
All Thomas Cooper's kits are produced under the watchful eyes of their Master
Brewers.
By using the recommended quality ingredients and adhering to the instructions
which are supplied with the kit you are sure to create a distinctive beer of a

Beermakers select and use only premium quality ingredients. They use Australian two row malting barley, and their hops are chosen for their bittering, flavour, and aroma characteristics. Fermentation is very heat-tolerant, with a temperature activity from 15oC to 28oC.
